Disable bug report

As specified in the title, I would like to be able to disable the bug report under Mandriva

How should I proceed please?

I'm going to try to clarify my request because apparently perci didn't understand my question

Under kde, when something doesn't work, a crash handler displays a window asking us if we want to send an error report, just like under Windows

Under Windows, I knew how to disable this request, but not under Linux, as I want to specify, I am a beginner, so describing the problems I encounter, I'm not there yet

So please let me know if I can do it and if so, how
