YouTube video access denied: "limited access, please try to log in to"

Hello,
I can't watch YouTube videos on my laptop. I get the message "Limited access, please try logging in with a G Suite account"...
Whereas on my phone, it works perfectly.
Do I need to change my browser? But even then, I can't... I only have Google Chrome as an option.
