To use remote desktop, you need to allow the user to access it:
Right-click on "This PC" -> Properties -> Remote settings.
You need to enable it, then add authorized users.

It is also essential that the user in question has a password on their account, otherwise it won’t work; that must be your problem.

Otherwise, remote desktop uses TCP port 3389; if it's on a local network, I assume you don’t have port blocking (apart from Windows firewall or others).

    Good luck.

By chance, I had to use Remote Desktop today, and the account didn't have a password. I got the same message as you: account limitations.

So that must indeed be your problem...

      Good morning
Yes, the administrator account had no password, and the guest account doesn't have one either, yet it works via remote desktop, and I am going to fix a problem in my local network before trying the password, because one of my PCs doesn't see the other one, I don't know why.
And thank you, and I will keep you updated.

      Good evening
      Thank you Blanc57
When I create a password for an administrator account, it works.
That means your answer is correct, and I want to say congratulations
      And thank you again.
