Good morning,
I can't connect to the remote desktop with an administrator account. It tells me that there are account limitations
, but I can connect with a guest account
. It tells me that there are account limitations
. How can I connect with an administrator account
? Thank you in advance

To use remote desktop, you need to allow the user to access it:
Right-click on "This PC" -> Properties -> Remote settings.
You need to enable it, then add authorized users.
It is also essential that the user in question has a password on their account, otherwise it won’t work; that must be your problem.
Otherwise, remote desktop uses TCP port 3389; if it's on a local network, I assume you don’t have port blocking (apart from Windows firewall or others).
Good luck.-

Good morning
Yes, the administrator account had no password, and the guest account doesn't have one either, yet it works via remote desktop, and I am going to fix a problem in my local network before trying the password, because one of my PCs doesn't see the other one, I don't know why.
And thank you, and I will keep you updated. -
