Lazesoft does not detect my computer.

Hello,
My computer (an Acer from 2019) is running Windows 10 and crashed overnight, freezing on the home page (no connection to Windows possible, the screen freezes and flashes between a blue and a black screen). I couldn't reboot or repair it because, being a display model, I didn't create the administrator password, and during this lockdown, it's not accessible.
Following advice found on this site, I downloaded Lazesoft and created a bootable USB drive. So far, everything was fine, I even managed to access the software through my computer. From there, I had two options: password recovery and Windows recovery.
The problem is that neither of them can work.
The password recovery gives me an error message because it doesn’t recognize my computer, only the USB drive. The same issue occurs with the Windows recovery; it can only detect the USB drive.
The data recovery doesn’t detect anything either.
I couldn't find any help online or around me, and I hope that someone here will be able to answer my question, as this computer is my main work tool.

Check with the Malekal Live CD: https://www.malekal.com/creer-live-cd-malekal-depanner-ordinateur/
The disk may not be detected.
There are also two tools to reset the password.
Recover a lost or forgotten Windows password from a Live CD.
