my ACER Aspire E17 laptop won't turn on

Hello,
My laptop won't turn on. When I press the button, the screen lights up, we see ACER Beyond limits and after about twenty seconds it turns off and the screen goes black. On someone's advice, I was told to turn it back on while holding the button for about fifteen seconds; after this time, no indicator light is on.

Hello, Disconnect the PC from the power supply, remove the battery, press the on/off button for ten seconds, then reinsert the battery and power supply and turn on your PC.

Good evening, I see that I'm not the only one who had this problem and for once that I might help someone, I decided to share the adventure of my Acer Aspire ES 17 which wouldn't turn on, all I had was a black screen (as a true Belgian born in the Ardennes and living on the coast, the flat country that our late Brel spoke of, I had to mention the "once"!).
I read all your good advice carefully, but I quickly realized that the battery no longer comes off! So I went to the nearest electronics store and asked the salesperson to help me. In a few clicks, my PC was working again! He explained the trick: our laptops often overheat and then stop working. Plus, my husband has the very bad habit of keeping the charger plugged in almost all the time (very bad!). You need to RESET your PC and the formula is simple: you press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and your PC restarts! Since the salesperson was nice (he could have told me to send it to the factory since you can no longer remove the battery), I gave him €20 for getting a PC that didn't come from his store working again, not trying to scam me, and showing and explaining the little trick.
