Hello,
to check my Banque Crédit Agricole accounts from my computer, I have to enter the account numbers and then my secret code

So I entered my personal access code!! INCORRECT??? uh I deduced that I might have typed too quickly=incorrect code REMAINING 2 ATTEMPTS phew I’m starting over damn I know my code SAME incorrect remaining 1 attempt phew is my keyboard number stuck?? I click no SO? I'm calling the C:A manager who sends me a code to enter and then change it BUT NOTHING RECEIVED NO SMS he gives me a number to call to unlock me NOTHING they can do nothing BUT SEND ME A CODE BY POST... except that I’ve been waiting since 02/21 nothing

Is your phone number the one held by the CA?
Banks are implementing enhanced certification which involves mobile verification... surprising that you are not receiving SMS from the CA or their letters.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Not that there is a lot of money, I am retired. I find it curious to receive text messages: for example, from an unknown Facebook connection or message confirmation, but nothing from the bank. Unfortunately, I cannot move, I have a fractured spine (I fell from the stepladder in the kitchen), but I will call a trusted person to check if it has not been emptied.
