Hello,

I am a customer of La Banque Postale. I wanted to make a transfer online because the merchant website would have charged me €5 if I had chosen the payment by credit card.

I couldn't make a transfer until I validated the Certicode.

So I went to the post office to ask to activate the famous Certicode. The clerk told me that it would be active within the next two days. It still isn't. What should I do?

La Banque Postale is not working at all. I've been trying for a year to change my mobile number for my Certicode, and it still doesn't work; it's still my old number. I've been to the counter four times, I called my advisor who told me to call 3639, then they gave me another person and yet another number, and still another. I've sent emails, and in the end, I asked them to remove the Certicode. It's apparently deactivated, but when I try, it still works. I'm really fed up; it blocks me when I need to use it online, and no one at La Banque Postale can give me an answer. No one knows what to do. I'm really fed up.

  I have the same problem, I went to the counter dozens of times to see an advisor, called customer service, and no one is there to help me. I can't even buy my plane ticket, I'm stuck.

Hello

I believe that La Banque Postale is not quite up to scratch...
Since October 23rd, I have changed my mobile number (certicode), and it still doesn't work. I've gone to the counter twice! They can't do anything for me!!! My contact gave me a phone number starting with 09! It's really shocking that the post office can't satisfy its customers...
I have therefore sent 2 messages via video post (October 25th and November 6th) and I haven't received a response!!
I will therefore contact the mediator.

Hello, I would like to know how I can activate Certicode from abroad?

My father currently lives in Portugal and did not request to activate Certicode before his departure. Now he urgently needs to make a transfer. How can he activate Certicode from abroad?

  Could such a bad company even exist?!! Changing your phone number is impossible when you're abroad; they ask you to come back in person to do it and then hang up on you. Never, ever subscribe to this bank, never.

    I'm entirely in agreement. I've been fighting for a month because my Certicode still isn't activated when it was supposed to take 48 hours. This bank is a disgrace, a bunch of incompetent people, it's pathetic!!! I'm switching banks; what's the point since I can't make online purchases being blocked by a Certicode "in the process of validation" for a month.

INFERNAL, 04/09/14 same problem for a week, is there a pilot at BP???
proposed solution, close the accounts and change banks.

Did you receive your certicode? If not, the easiest way is to contact your advisor or call 36 39 to inform them of your situation.

  it's always the same speech, but when we do what you say Marion, the advisors can't do anything for us and the 36 39 doesn't answer after 10 minutes and paying €2 for the phone we are told "all the advisors are currently busy, please call back later", what a joke

  Hello, actually I think the best thing is to change banks. I am very angry, BP and its Certicode is a way not to operate outside of the territory.
