    Hello/Good evening,

    A little something for those who might have the same problem. For the disk, it was poorly secured and for the drivers, it was necessary to reinstall Windows, etc.

    Hello everyone, I'm posting here because I find myself in the same situation as Sofi-Hatta. My D:\ hard drive has a blue question mark on it. This has happened to me before, but it was resolved by restarting, unfortunately this time it’s not the case. I ran the sfc \scannow command and it says there are no problems. I used CrystalDisk and it also shows no issues. I’ve installed all the latest drivers and it still doesn’t change anything; I still have this question mark. I should mention that I’m using an Asus ROG laptop with a 1TB drive. Thank you in advance for your responses.

      Hi Kuzer,
      I suggest checking that your hard drive is properly secured. That was the cause of my problem after moving it around. I hope it's the same for you so that it can be fixed quickly!

        So not me, but the company where I sent it to be repaired, but yes it needs to be done, I don’t know what means you have to access your hard drive.

    Hello everyone,

    I just wanted to get back to you to report that shortly after, my issue has returned. The drive comes back occasionally but never permanently, so I will buy an external hard drive to keep a safe access to my data. When I have more money, I will buy another computer. Sorry if I can't be of more help to those who are in the same situation as me.
