Printer driver issue

Hello,

I can't connect my Epson Stylus Office BX305FW printer to my new PC either via USB cable or WiFi.

Thank you for your help.

    It's already done, but when I reach the communication level, it gets stuck. I've tried both options.

      Good evening,
      Unplug the printer from the PC in the case of a wired connection, remove all traces of the printer from the PC, restart it.
      Download and install the driver corresponding to the operating system of the PC and its version, for the printer in question.
      During the installation process, connect the printer to the PC when prompted.
      Then download and install the scanner driver in order to manage it.
      Try that for example!
