Hello or good evening everyone!
I would like you to answer the question below please.
So here I had two desktop PCs that weren't working, and my mother said at the time that if I could combine the two to make one PC, I could keep it.
So I looked up information on the internet and YouTube to see how to build a PC and so on, and in the end, I succeeded, except now the problem is that since these computers had been sitting there for a long time, their operating systems are quite old. I noticed that on one of the two hard drives there is Windows Vista and on the other, there is Windows XP.
When I saw that, I downloaded and installed Windows 10 with a USB key, but it shows me system errors. How can I solve them?
Knowing that I already tried the commands with the BIOS, such as
net user administrator /active:yes
net user /add bdc (non-user) 97130 (password)
net user administrator bdc /add (NOTE: from here it tells me it's not valid)
net cd %windir%\system32\oobe
oobe>msoobe.exe
(NOTE: and here it tells me that OOBE is not an operating system or I don't remember what)
So my question is how to solve the OOBESETTINGS problem and other OOBE issues on the Windows 10 installation?

Hello,
Why activate the integrated account?
It has no interest.
Why use commands when you can do this graphically?
=> netplwiz how to create a user.
Otherwise, I didn't understand what you are trying to do.

Please press any key to continue the disinfection...

But how can I say it more easily, actually it shows me a system error moment OOBESETTINGS and even if I try again it doesn't work, so I want to know how to proceed with the installation of the Windows 10 operating system.
Do you have errors when you do what?
My question is, how can I resolve them?
