Hello everyone,
for several days now I haven't been able to use my USB devices whether it's my phone, my hard drive, or USB sticks. I've tried updating the drivers from the device manager but the error message "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver" appears.
I tried using driverscloud to detect and download the drivers to update, but nothing works.
I'm on Windows 10 and my PC is an Asus.
Do you have a solution please?
