OOBEKEYBORDERROR and OOBESETTINGSMULT error during Windows 10 installation

Hello,
I tried to install Windows 10 on my PC that was running Vista. I'm downloading the ISO image to my USB drive from my main PC (which is on W10). I plug the bootable USB into the PC, Windows 10 installs perfectly, I format the hard drive, etc. So far, so good. My PC restarts and launches the OOBE of W10, but as I progress through the steps, it shows me several errors like OOBEKEYBORDERROR, etc., but I click retry and I can continue. Until I encounter the OOBESETTINGSMULTIPAGE error; no matter how much I press retry, it always displays the error message. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thank you.
