Connection issue with a Wi-Fi network: "we couldn't connect"

Hello everyone,

One person in my household is unable to connect their computer to the wifi. Indeed, after entering the key and validating, a message appears: "we could not connect to the network."
I've tried several things:

-Updating the network card drivers
-Updating Windows

I am able to connect to the wifi network with my own computer. Furthermore, the computer I’m trying to fix can connect to a mobile hotspot.

Do you have any recommendations to help solve the problem, please?

    Hi,
    this problem often comes up here, I haven't seen a solution, but it's very likely that it's a wifi driver issue.
