Email sending issue error 0x80004005

Hello everyone,
I have an email sending issue with my inbox through Outlook 2007 on Windows 10. Everything is stuck in my outbox with the code 0x80004005, thanks for the help.

    Sorry, but it didn’t work; the system is telling me there are 5 messages being sent when there are none... any idea? I get the feeling it’s “clogged”!
