Issue with plain text email received by recipients

Hello,
I have several suppliers and clients who complain about only receiving my emails in plain text. Since I send many requests with Excel tables, reading and using the information is complicated for them.
I'm not sure if I'm infected or if I could get some help to remedy this problem.
They often ask me to resend the requests with an attached Excel document to facilitate the processing, especially for requests with hundreds of lines.

Hello,
There are only two standardized email formats, plain text and HTML.
Plain text by definition cannot be enriched and therefore cannot contain viruses; it is a security measure used by some to send and receive, and a recipient should not have to complain about this choice except that the side effect is, of course, that links cannot be followed nor can attachments, images, or other elements be incorporated into the body of the message.
It is also not very aesthetic, but that is another question.
Microsoft, which paradoxically disregards the standards, uses a third format (Rich Text Format - RTF) that should definitely not be used because the result is that the recipient receives an unreadable jargon in DAT format if they do not use Outlook themselves.
Therefore, HTML is the default format and can be restored as such if it is not currently the case.
