Deleting email on iPhone impossible

Hello,
About a month ago, I configured an email account (Exchange) on my colleague's iPhone 3Gs. She can send and receive her emails just fine. They also appear in her mailbox when she accesses it from her PC (Outlook).
The only problem is that it is impossible to delete the emails on her phone, at least from her phone (I haven't tried from her workstation), it shows "The message could not be moved to the Deleted Items folder." Should I assign some permissions somewhere?
Or does someone simply have the solution?

On iPhone, I had the same problem.
- You need to go to "Settings" and then to "Account" (on the account that has the issue) and disable the "Mail" tab.
- Wait for the deactivation to complete; once it's done, you won't be able to see your emails. Return to "Mail" and activate the tab, go back to your emails, and the update is done (all your emails deleted from Outlook will have been deleted).
