Error message when sending an email on Outlook

Hello, I have a big problem since last week. I can no longer send emails to anyone. I receive this error message within seconds:

"We couldn't deliver your message. When Office 365 tried to send the message, the external mail server returned the following error. This is likely due to a problem or policy setting on the recipient's mail system.

Check the error for more information about the problem. It may indicate what happened and how to resolve the issue. For example, if it indicates that the message was blocked due to a potential virus, try sending the message without attachments.

For mail administrators
This error was reported by a mail server outside of Office 365. If the sender is unable to resolve the problem by modifying their message, it is likely a problem that only the recipient's mail administrator can solve.

  1. Check the error for more information about the problem. The error may indicate the cause of the issue and provide clues on how to resolve it. For example, if it states that the message was rejected due to a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) issue, you need to work with your domain registrar to properly configure your SPF record.

I have tried everything, I am at a loss. Do you have a solution? Thank you in advance

    Hello, I have a similar problem. My email account is from Darty (dbmail) and recently, all messages sent to Gmail accounts are being rejected. It seems that Gmail blocks certain domains for security reasons. That's an explanation, but I haven't (yet) found a solution. Sorry.
