Cpu surchauffe

Bonjour,
Après avoir monté mon pc, j ai remarqué que mon cpu surchauffais alors que j ai un watercooling 45 degré sur Windows. J ai pensais que c était un problème du au watercooling donc j essaye le ventirad amd après avoir bien branché le ventirad j allume mon pc et mon ventirad tourne directement à fond et le cou monte à 60 degré j aimerais savoir si c est un problème du au cpu config and 5 3600x watwrcooling hi100 corsair
