Thrustmaster T80 Wheel Failure

Good evening,
I hope I'm on the right forum.
I bought a T80 steering wheel from Thrustmaster to play only simulation games (Farming Simulator, Truck Driver, etc.). I ordered it last Thursday, and it finally arrived yesterday. After a 1-hour gaming session on Truck Driver, I decided to take a break, so I properly turned off the console (PS4 Slim, I should specify), etc. Everything was fine.
When I returned to the console, nothing happened; the steering wheel light is off. However, the USB ports on the PS4 are working. There are very few topics online regarding the T80 steering wheel.
So, I wanted to perform the "BOOTLOADER METHOD: Procedure to wake up your steering wheel if it is not recognized at all on PlayStation®3, PlayStation®4, or PC." But even with this procedure, my PC does not recognize the steering wheel, and nothing happens.
And finally, Thrustmaster's support is exceptional but closed due to this coronavirus!
What should I do?
Am I the only one who has had this experience?

Hi! I just had the same problem tonight with my T80 wheel... the red LED doesn't light up, yet all the USB ports on my PS4 are working perfectly... I don't know what to do anymore, it was working great yesterday.

You need to press the ps button while plugging in the usb connector, I spent 1 hour looking for it
