Hello,
I receive a message in my Outlook 2010 inbox saying "Unable to update headers"; it appears every time I click "delete" on a message or every time I switch from "sent messages" to "received messages."
As a result, the deleted messages remain visible in my inbox.
What should I do to restore normal functionality?

With this, you should have a better understanding of what it corresponds to... and if you've set somewhere the display of headers...? That's certainly what needs this update and should be removed... check tools, options...
