Hello,
I receive a message in my Outlook 2010 inbox saying "Unable to update headers"; it appears every time I click "delete" on a message or every time I switch from "sent messages" to "received messages."
As a result, the deleted messages remain visible in my inbox.
What should I do to restore normal functionality?

With this, you should have a better understanding of what it corresponds to... and if you've set somewhere the display of headers...? That's certainly what needs this update and should be removed... check tools, options...

I'm sorry, but that doesn't address my issue. It's not about displaying the headers but rather the inability to update them, which means the request to delete messages is not taken into account; in any case, the deleted messages remain displayed, as the header is not updated...
