    Hello,

Could you specify which Windows OS your PC is running on? ... Which update?

      Hello,

Still in the realm of divination, we don't know what it's about: Mail, Outlook application, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office...

There are no ghosts outside of possibly a 365 subscription that may have expired or the planned migration from Mail to the Outlook application.

Since the problem apparently comes from the update and Outlook is part of the Windows system, try repairing it by restoring to a date prior to this update. Press the Windows key + R and type rstrui and hit OK. The restore tool opens. ==> next ==> if "other points" appears, check the box so that all points are listed. Choose the point before this update and then continue with the operation. The PC will restart. Allow 10 to 15 minutes. As a reminder, you will not lose any personal files or favorite applications, unless you installed one between this restore point and today.

    See you . . .
