MSI laptop keyboard key issues

Hello everyone! I will try to be as clear and precise as possible.
My problem: several keys on my keyboard stopped functioning three days ago (So far: Backspace, M, ;, 7, Right Arrow). On one hand, they only work intermittently, without my being able to identify what triggers the malfunction or makes it disappear for an unpredictable period. On the other hand, when the keys don't work, I can still use them if I press any other functional key at the same time. Similarly, I can use them if I type quickly: by typing quickly a sentence that includes an M or a semicolon, the key will work if I've pressed another key just before, within a very short time frame.
My specs: MSI GP72MVR 7RFX LEOPARD PRO laptop, Intel core i7, Windows 10 Home, GTX 1060, 8 GB of RAM, SteelSeries gaming keyboard. As far as I remember, the PC is no longer under warranty. It is just under two years old.
The most interesting element I've noted, which I haven't found on the forums except for one exception: if I apply pressure under the computer (around the bottom of the keyboard and the touchpad), for example by placing it on my lap or laying it on a bed (it doesn't work on a flat surface like a desk), the problem suddenly disappears, then reappears as soon as the pressure is released. Sometimes, the issue is resolved more permanently. For example, it was fixed for 48 hours a day ago. But the problem came back afterward.
I've seen on various forums that this keyboard problem seems to be common with MSI laptops, and few people have found a solution, including having the keyboard replaced... But who knows. The "pressure under the computer" factor seems new.
(I've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling and updating the drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling keyboard-related software, checking the PC's ergonomic settings, and various other solutions found here and there. My keys worked again for 48 hours after a solution I found in a video, which was to run TextServicesFramework in Task Scheduler then reboot. Only it started malfunctioning again, and I can't be sure it wasn't the reboot that temporarily fixed the issue or, of course, the pressure under the computer. These are all the things I've tried when I still thought it could be a software issue. I'm saying this just in case, but given the previous paragraph, it is obviously a hardware issue)
I regularly clean my keyboard; I cannot completely rule out a problem caused by moisture, but I am sure that nothing has accidentally been spilled on the PC.
Do you have any idea about the source of the problem, which is clearly a hardware issue? Maybe it’s a loose connection at the cable connecting the keyboard to the rest of the PC?
What should I do? Is there any accessible manipulation (dismantling, etc.) that I could do without too much difficulty?
Thank you in advance for your responses
Best regards,
Mathis
