WF-2810 printer jammed

Hello, my WF-2810 printer no longer responds; to turn it off I have to unplug it, and when I plug it back in it shows EPSON PRINTER Recouvert Mode what should I do?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.162

    Hello,
    Try this, assuming the printer is connected by cable: unplug it, stop the printer if not already done, and also unplug it from the power supply.
    Press and hold the printer’s power button for about fifteen seconds, then release.
    Reconnect the power cord and power the printer on.
    When it is powered on and running, connect the cable if necessary (wifi maybe!).
    If this manipulation still has no effect, consider a full reinstallation of the machine.
