Thomson THN14N120 audio driver .. help

Hello,
I am desperately looking for two drivers for a portable Thomson THN14N120 running Windows 10 64-bit. Without the invoice, THOMSON categorically refuses to provide them (Disappointing)
The first is the audio:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_22B8SUBSYS

The second is for battery management:
ACPI\INT33FE\4&66E .....

I need at least the sound to make it functional. I had to reinstall it because the base installation takes up the entire 28 Go disk. I had managed to get the system updated while leaving 11 Go free, it's maddening...
If anyone has the same PC, just go to the Device Manager on the audio line and display the driver details, then copy the files and zip them up..

Hello,  Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits  For the 1st device, download this driver -->  Intel  Right-click on the driver --> 20853629....cab Select --> 7Zip Choose --> extract to "20853629.....\"  Go to Device Manager Right-click on the corresponding device (PCI) Update driver Browse my computer ...... Choose from a list of drivers...  Have Disk Browse Go to the extracted driver folder --> 20853629..... Select the file --> iaisp64.inf and OK  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  For the 2nd device (ACPI), download this driver -->  IntelBatteryManagement  Right-click on the driver --> f76761d5....cab Select --> 7Zip Choose --> extract to "f76761d5.....\"  Go to Device Manager Right-click on the corresponding device (ACPI) Update driver Browse my computer ...... As for the battery, that's good, it works! The automatic update by the device manager ended up with a nice blue screen.
For the audio, actually the driver was for "intel imaging signal processor 2401" and I eventually found this driver "iaisp64.sys".
My problem now is that I still have no sound and no devices with errors.

So the Windows diagnostic tells me "The problem resolution has completed without detecting any issues" but the sound icon next to the time tells me "No audio output device is installed." There must be a wrong driver installed. I'm posting a photo of the device manager in case someone has both drivers in the audio category because this is not the first time I've installed audio drivers on PCs and the sound doesn't work, without having any device with errors.

-Intel SST Audio Device (WDM) ACPI\808622A8\1 on this driver, in the file details I have a file "realtek_fw_sst.bin" which makes me think that the driver is not the right one...

Given the files you provided, do you have an identical PC on hand? Do you have the correct audio driver? Just to check if the problem comes from there or not.. Because unfortunately, as I said, often the sound does not work and no conflicts appear...
Thank you for your help, which is super valuable... Yet I know quite a bit as I have already gotten out of tricky situations that professional competitors couldn't solve... :)
Ah, I should specify, no options in the BIOS to enable or disable a device, except for the digital lock. I reloaded the factory settings.

Press Windows + R Type --> control panel and OK.  Go to Sound In the Playback tab, what is your default audio device? Example image:   -- Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

I uninstalled all the drivers, including the hidden ones, from the audio category
(without checking "delete the driver for this device..") Then I restarted the PC
After reboot, nothing changed, the driver was reinstalled and nothing changed.

So I deleted the drivers (checked the box this time) and then ran a Windows Update but nothing was found, "Windows is up to date." No worries, I have these drivers that I eventually found on the internet and kept, but are all these drivers really the right ones... some were from Windows 8.1
Since the sound is from an Intel model, there must be a faulty Intel driver somewhere...

Since the PC reinstallation, I haven't gotten the sound back... and since we don't have a list of drivers at Thomson who doesn't want to know anything...
The Windows update doesn't find a driver automatically....

I found the missing drivers by their ACPI... or PCI\VEN... ID on the internet...
there must be one that has messed up... in the event viewer, I have a warning line: Loading the driver \Driver\WudfRd failed for the device ACPI\INT3400\2&data3ff&1 but I don't think it's related....

He has a slew of Intel ACPI drivers, see the photo... at the bottom, there is an ISA bridge and a processor bridge..
These lines rarely have a generic driver on recent PCs, but rather a corresponding Intel driver. The problem here is that I have no existing model to know if a driver exists, I need to search, test drivers... without being sure of what I'm doing.... :(
I think I'm going to try removing all the Intel ACPI drivers and reinstalling them now that the audio hardware drivers are reinstalled, maybe a hardware detection at the beginning of the installation went wrong... I have nothing to lose... just a lot of time.. I'm working right now and I have other client PCs to take care of, but I'm fed up with seeing this one... :)
