SkillKorp H21 Audio Headset Software

Question

Hello,

I bought a SkillKorp H21 gaming headset some time ago.
The box included a software CD, but since I don't have a drive on my laptop, I couldn't install anything.
I'm having an issue with the microphone volume, and I was planning to fix it with the software.
I've looked for a website to download the software, but I can't even find the brand's site…

If you know where I can find it, I would be very grateful!

Hello,

You must not have searched much... by typing "SkillKorp H21" on Google, the first two lines direct you to the Boulanger website...

So, the safest bet is to contact them by email and ask for the installation drivers (or the CD)

I asked myself the same question... I believe that "SkillKorp" is the name given by Boulanger to this product... But the real brand is elsewhere with the Chinese... That's why we can't find it.

But if you're using USB, you won't find it in the Audio section of the device manager... it will be under "Game, audio, video" in the USB controller section.

The real audio only goes through the jacks or audio plugs of the PC...

I admit I can't find their software... You need to ask Boulanger.

Hello, I have the same problem with the SPK-K5 keyboard which is quite old and no longer sold, so it's impossible to find the driver.  If anyone knows where I can find it, I'm interested.  Thank you.
