Username and password

Hello,
For a few days now, I haven't been able to log in to Amiez. My username and password, and even my email address are not recognized by the site. It's not possible to reset it. This is the third time this has happened and I want to reconnect with my friends and my conversations.

Hello. I have already gone through this link. I repeated the operation this morning and still the same response: my username and email address are not recognized, tried both together and separately.
Another solution, perhaps?

Hello,
Just a suggestion perhaps, have you checked whether you are using uppercase or not? It makes all the difference when it comes to entering a username and password; you wouldn't be the first one it happens to!

You think it's done. I didn't understand, it had been working for months and suddenly... I closed it, reopened it. Checked the username and password (because I write everything down next to it), uppercase, lowercase in every possible way and nothing. Even my email address, the only one I have, doesn't work. My username isn't recognized either. For a connection or a password reset, it's needed. What to do? This has happened to me for the third time.
