TCL ANDROID TV NOT DETECTING FREEBOX

Hello,
I just bought a TCL Android TV and while trying to set up the Wi-Fi, I noticed that my Freebox network doesn't appear. I tried to connect manually by entering the SSID and the password, as well as changing the type of security, but nothing works. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
The problem was resolved by updating the TV... Connect it with an Ethernet cable to your router to get network access, then go to settings, then to device preferences, then about, and finally you'll see system update ????... That worked for me on the TCL 32ES58 model.

I have the same connection issue. According to TCL, it is because my TV (purchased 1 week ago) is not compatible with the Freebox Revolution... According to customer service, the technology of this box is too old, and therefore I was offered 3 solutions: change the box (price modification with Free..), connect via a wired network cable, or buy a Wi-Fi router... In short, nothing that suits me. I don't understand how a TV can be incompatible with all existing boxes..... So I bought a smart TV that isn't actually that smart. Nothing in the description or the manual provided this information before purchase.

Personally, I have a TCL Android TV model Beyond version 9, and I just had to click on the ENTER icon in the top right corner of my screen and then CLICK ON HDMI 1 because I plugged my cable into HDMI 1
