Hello,
My HP Photosmart 6520 printer no longer wants to connect to the network, it says: Server connection error: incident while connecting to the server. I unplugged it, moved it closer, connected it directly to my Orange box, and nothing works.
Normally, it is connected directly to my MacBook Pro via a cable.
Can someone help me resolve the issue?
Thank you for your understanding.
Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 13.0.5

that's the scanner, not the printer.
does it display this on the screen?
can you print or not?
Yes, I can print, it's the scanning that doesn't work.
Thank you for your response !!!
so a network scanner is much more complex, and not very useful anyway, because you need to be close to the printer to position the document.
On Mac, I'm not really sure how to do it, but you need to keep in mind that the printer and the scanner are 2 very different functions.
On Linux (xsane), I know how to do it, but not on Windows and not on Mac either.
It's better to connect the scanner via USB.
