Hello!
I have an HP Photosmart Prem C410 printer connected to my wireless network. When I try to print a document from my laptop (Windows 7), it says "offline," even though it is powered on and connected to the network at all times!
On a forum, it was suggested to go to "Devices and Printers," right-click on the printer in question, and disable "Use offline." I don't have that option.
On another forum, it was suggested to go to "Devices and Printers," right-click on the printer in question, select "Printer Properties," go to the "Ports" tab, and select the port from the list that corresponds to the printer's IP address, then click "Configure Port" to disable SNMP. The problem is, the list of ports doesn't include the one for the IP address, and even if it did, the "Configure Port" option is grayed out! What else can I do?
Thank you in advance!

Good evening
I had the same problem, and I finally turned on my printer and added the device as if it were new...
The computer detected it, I clicked on troubleshoot, and then it installed by itself...
Now it works....
Tip: on some printers, disabling the SNMP status resolves the issue. Right-click on the printer... properties, port tab: click on "configure port" and uncheck "SNMP Status enabled"
