Unable to access the BIOS

Hello, I bought a second-hand Toshiba Qosmio x770 laptop and I can't get into the BIOS: Windows starts directly and I don't see the Toshiba logo or options to enter the setup. I must have missed something, but before asking for help, I really tried a lot of things: installing HWsetup (it did nothing), advanced restart shift+restart (the UEFI option is not available), disk management I'm on NTFS, hardware check I do have a BIOS, I disabled fast startup...

I don't know what else to do, is it possible that access to the BIOS has been physically disabled via a jumper on the motherboard?

Looking forward to hearing from you, best regards, Jérémie.

Thank you for your response. In fact, I didn't specify, but I also tried all the keys and possible combinations. Nothing worked...

Hello, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I have already tried all of that... At one point I even thought the keyboard was inactive on startup, but it works.

    Best regards

Hello, try updating the BIOS by downloading a new version from the Toshiba support, once installed, the problem will be resolved.
