Unable to access the BIOS

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire XC600 PC.

I wanted to reset it because it was slow and proceed to a reinstallation of Windows 10.

However, the installation crashed, and since then, when I start the PC, I get an error message saying that "the Windows installation cannot continue" and it prompts me to restart the PC (and the story repeats).

I wanted to try reinstalling Windows with a bootable USB drive, but I can't access the BIOS (del key).

Do you have any advice?

    I just tried with another keyboard and I finally got it.
