Hello,
I hope you are doing well during this lockdown...
Here, I have a printing problem with my Epson WF 7620 printer. Just my luck, I ran out of cyan ink during this lockdown. Despite printing only in black (like the form to go out for groceries....) and having a full black cartridge, my printer is stuck because the cyan cartridge is empty!!! Grrr
Sometimes my computer offers to print in black instead, but nothing happens anyway, and it keeps telling me to change the cyan! The problem is there’s no minimum delivery until April 6th...
I’ve obviously set everything to grayscale but nothing works; it just won't do it even though it’s supposed to be able to!
Does anyone have a tip/procedure to force printing? Thanks in advance!

This is very normal, any type of printing when an ink color runs out, it blocks

However, apparently it's the older models that block as soon as a color is missing. This one is supposed to offer a temporary alternative in black until the cartridge is changed. Plus, it offers it to me from time to time. It did it last week, but it didn't want to hear anything yesterday...
