GTA 5 Online - always alone in public sessions

Hello,
I play GTA 5 Online and every time I join a public session, I land in a session where I am alone.
Also, I can't do activities with other players, nor with my friends --' (Always an error message when we try to join each other.)

I have a serious lead on the cause: The box being down, I connect to the Internet via my smartphone using a 4G hotspot (Free plan). I have this connection, which is very good:
Download speed: 69.1 Mbps
Upload speed: 6.30 Mbps
Ping: 51 ms

And when I try again with another smartphone with the Sosh plan, online works perfectly.

Other than GTA 5, I have no problems with this connection...

Do you have any leads?

I have exactly the same problem, I don't know where it comes from and I uninstalled the game, nothing works, still solo as soon as I launch online, I don't understand.

I did some other tests since:
- With the 4G connection on my smartphone with Free (which has good speed), I'm all alone
- With the 4G connection from another smartphone with Sosh (also good speed), I have a lot of people in my sessions
- With my Freebox connection, I also have a lot of people in my sessions (even though the speed is terrible)

So, I’m not really sure what it's coming from. In the meantime, it's a good way to be at ease during public sessions and run my businesses without being attacked by other players :P

After all, that means you have to change your operator in real life for such a poorly done game, for developers who don’t care? No, just uninstall the game and go check out other game news that are really working and deserve it ^^
