Hello, HELP!

I'm unable to install certain apps (Netflix, Mytf1,...) on my tablet; it's a generic Chinese one.
When searching via the Play Store, I can't find the app.
When searching via Google and clicking to open the result in the Play Store, I get the message "Your device isn't compatible with this version."

I've already tried some recommended steps here and there:
1. Update Google Play: system/applications/ uninstall updates for Google Play
2. Allow apps from unknown sources:
3. I checked the version of Google Play Store (Menu/Settings/Store): Google Play Store is up to date
4. However, I note that "The device is not certified" (Play Protect certification)
5. I noted and checked the version of the Tablet: 8.1 K (About / Tablet/)
6. I tried to force an update of the Tablet, but in "About," there's nothing that suggests doing so.

SOS! THANKS!

I think it's more likely that your version of Android is not compatible (and not the Google Store).

Check if the manufacturer of your tablet offers an Android update.
(Forcing an incompatible update may risk bricking your tablet)

It's a generic bought on eBay; I'm still asking the seller...

Can't I try anything else besides this?

      Thanks!

        I don't know..
It's the problem with Chinese stuff.. some are prototypes with no follow-up.... (I had the problem with a printer)

    Hello,

While searching through the Play Store, I don't see the app.
    4. I do note that "The device is not certified" (Play Protect Certification)

The tablet has probably not been validated by Google. Therefore, there is nothing to be done.
