Hello,

I can no longer open Outlook on my Mac. When I try to start it, a message appears:

"Please upgrade the Outlook database."

I click on "Upgrade" and the following error message appears:

"Outlook cannot upgrade your database.
For more information, check the error file /Users/Robin/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.outlook/Data/Library/Logs"

Here are the steps I have tried without success:

1) I went to find this error file (by showing hidden files in my Finder). I get to the second to last step but cannot find the Logs file...

2) I installed the new MacOS version 10.15.4, uninstalled Outlook, and reinstalled the latest version from the App Store without success.

3) I wandered around Google, and I keep hearing about opening the Microsoft Database Utility, but I can't find it or how to open it.

I am unable to open Outlook.

What can I do?

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 80.0.3987.149

Which version of Outlook is being referred to? At what update level? In what context did this issue occur (installation, update,...) ?

This is the new version of Outlook on the App Store, the latest one (2020).

This happened more than a month ago after my Outlook crashed; I had to force it to close, and I've never been able to reopen it.
