Unable to install the game

Hello,
I bought the Sims 4 CD and when I insert Disc 1, I can't install it. It keeps saying that Origin is not up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but it's always the same. I couldn't even enter the installation code, and when I put in Disc 2, it says application not found. What should I do? Thank you

    Hi, in this case forget the CD and just use Origin. Just install the Origin client and you'll have a "use a product code" field to download and install your game.
