The technique is very simple. I used to have the same problem as you and I was on Mozilla. In fact, it’s simple: make sure you have Adobe Flash Player installed. It wasn't working for me because I simply didn't have Adobe Flash, so install it and then restart your web browser. Launch the game, and when the game starts, click once on the black screen; the intro will start and once the intro is finished, the game will load.
