Videos on 6play won't play (black screen)

Hello everyone

I searched for a long time before coming to ask my question here.
I watch a lot of shows on replay, especially on 6play.
Since Tuesday, I haven’t been able to watch any video.
The screen stays black, not even any ads, nada. I can’t even log in through my Facebook account (which I always do).

My Flash Player version is up to date, external plugins are allowed, my firewall is disabled, and I don’t have an ad blocker. I tested launching a video from the site on my iPhone, and everything works fine, so the issue is with my Mac.
Honestly, I'm stuck, and it's becoming annoying to search without finding a solution.

If someone could shed some light...
Thank you!

Thank you.

But it happens to me on TF1 as well, and it's been a week...
When I try to log in via my Facebook account, I click the button, but nothing happens... whether it's with 6play or TF1.

Make sure that popups are allowed on this site.
I don't know how to do it on Safari... the answer here may be, to be adapted: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5097850

The main problem is that you can't connect. Is that correct?

I'm at a loss ... Try clearing the cache and make sure cookies are enabled (no private browsing).

That's one of the problems, yes, because without logging in, you can't watch the videos, you need to have an account. Mine is linked to my Facebook account, but I can no longer log in to 6play via Facebook, I click on "log in via Facebook" but nothing happens.
On the other hand, it works again on TF1? I don't understand anything anymore..

Hello,
I had the same problem for a few days. It was actually the Malwarebytes software whose latest update was blocking the launch of videos. The problem was solved by turning off Malwarebytes. If this can help you...
