Hello everyone,
The day before yesterday I dropped my phone in water (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro), despite the fact that it overheated I placed it in rice and waited for 48 hours. Earlier, when I tried to turn it back on, it displayed horizontal and vertical white bars on the screen, more or less fine, and then it turned off (even though I charged it for a little over 20 minutes), well I assume it turned off since the screen couldn't signal that to me.
So the question I'm asking is the following, do you think the problem comes from the battery or the screen? Then the second question, if I change one or the other (or even both) will my phone work again or is there a risk that other components are affected? Thank you for your future hypothetical responses!
Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.119
