Hello.
For the past 1-2 weeks, I've been experiencing a recurring and very annoying problem. On Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer, some websites are crashing the tab. I've noted sites like Roblox or Google Drive, where the tab crashes as soon as I open them or log in. I mainly use Firefox and would like a solution for this browser as a priority. I've already repaired Firefox and reinstalled Google Chrome, tried private browsing, and updated my software, but nothing has worked so far.

I look forward to your responses,

Hello,
Download FRST once downloaded save it on the desktop and then open it, you will see this:
Click on Scan at the end of the analysis you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition send these reports to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ see this tutorial paragraph Send the analysis reports to pjjoint then provide the two links generated by Pjoint in your next message.

I'm putting a warning in big letters because many people act carelessly, they skim through it and do not follow the stated procedure.
You have two antivirus programs, Zone Alarm and Avast; if I were you, I would install a third one and why not a fourth, but seriously, you should only have one antivirus on a PC. I know you think that Zone Alarm is just a firewall, but that's false; it includes other modules:ZoneAlarm Anti-Ransomware
ZoneAlarm Firewall
ZoneAlarm Free Firewall
ZoneAlarm Security
So uninstall Zone Alarm (since it causes many problems) using RevoUninstaller in Advanced Scan mode and keep only Avast as your antivirus. Then perform the FRST procedure below and check if it is better; also uninstall Avast Cleanup premium as it is useless apart from slowing down your PC.
You can always reinstall Zone Alarm if its uninstallation does not change anything about the problem.
Procedure to follow in the indicated order:
1- Open FRST
2 - Copy the entire script that is in the box below:Start::
CreateRestorePoint:
CloseProcesses:
FF HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox: Restriction
CHR HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google: Restriction
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer: Restriction
EmptyTemp:
End::
3- Once the script is copied, click on Fix.
Let the fix complete, once it is finished you will be asked to restart your PC, do so as soon as prompted, see below.
Then once your computer has restarted:
4- You will have a Fixlog file on your desktop, send it via https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ then put the link generated by Pjoint in your next message.
5- Reset your web browsers https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-37585758-reinitialiser-son-navigateur
6- CHECK AND LET ME KNOW IF YOUR PROBLEM IS STILL PRESENT.- I followed the indicated procedure and obtained this file:
Fixlist.txt :
https://pjjoint.malekal.com/files.php?id=20200229_i615b5n9h12
Thank you for your valuable help,
Julien.

I already have Revo Uninstaller, so uninstalling isn't an issue for me. But while I follow the procedure, can you recommend a firewall that you know?
-
You should paste the script in the "Search" box, or does it just need to be in the clipboard?
-
Which script are you talking about? Because it's over for FRST, there's nothing more to do.
As for the uninstallation of Zone Alarm, it should have been done first as mentioned in my previous message; regarding a firewall, forget it, Avast will be sufficient.
Once Zone Alarm is uninstalled and your browsers are reset, your problem should no longer be present.- I followed the indicated procedure and obtained this file:
Fixlist.txt :

Thank you for your valuable help,
Julien.

Yes, I did it with Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode.

Reset Firefox and Chrome with this software that will reset everything on the browser side.
Update your drivers by checking this page.
Disable hardware acceleration in Chrome and Firefox by referring to this page.
Nothing more to suggest.- You are still on Windows 7, there has been no support for this OS since January and therefore no Windows updates, please read very carefully this page.
I also see scheduled tasks that point to drive D, this drive does not appear in your devices, is it a USB flash drive or an external hard drive?Task: {78794970-3112-4901-94A6-9859EA3C7B3C} - System32\Tasks\{14371637-0997-4C94-AAB0-F1DEBBE726C3} => D:\AUTOTTM.EXE
What is this file AUTOTTM.EXE?
If you wish, I can delete these scheduled tasks.
Your problem may have multiple causes such as extensions, but with the browsers being reset, the extensions have been removed.

First of all, no trace of D: in Computer. It's strange since the following drives are E: and F:, which I don't use.
Moreover, I don't know what the file AUTOTTM.EXE is and I haven't found anything on the Internet.
Otherwise, I could always upgrade to Windows 10, but given the issues with my computer, is it a good idea? Am I likely to encounter errors?-
For safety, test your hard drive with CrystalDiskInfo and use the following color codes to interpret the results. Click on the image to enlarge it:
If the disk is OK and you want to remove the scheduled tasks AUTOTTM.EXE, which I have no idea what it might be, maybe a game on CD, do the following, it's up to you:
1- Open FRST
2 - Copy the entire script that is in the box below:Start::

I'm not a fortune teller. All I can tell you is that your PC is powerful enough to run Windows 10.
I leave you to think about all this; this will be my last suggestion as I'm out of ideas.
Have a good evening.
