The colon no longer works

Hello everyone, at the line I have to reinstall a program on my Intel Inside laptop under Windows XP HP. I can’t reinstall my program because within this program there is a code to enter that uses the two dots on the bottom of the keyboard:
It no longer works. Has anyone ever had this problem who can help me fix it, thank you all have a great day

    Hello,

    Try to set the keyboard back to AZERTY: the spacebar + G key I think.
    Also this:

    SHIFT + ALT
    SHIFT + ALT GR
    ALT + SHIFT

    Afterwards you should try with another keyboard to see if you just need to replace it.
