Unable to move/delete files on my external hard drive

Hello everyone! I have a problem that I can't seem to find a solution for. I have an external hard drive that I can no longer move files to (from my PC to the HDD) or delete files that are present on it. Similarly, I cannot move files from my PC to the HDD. The transfer speed stays stuck at 300kb/s and then goes to 0kb/s. Everything used to work perfectly before, and I don't understand where the problem is coming from or how to solve it.

Some useful info: It's a 2TB Toshiba hard drive in NTFS where 1.6 of the 1.81TB available is occupied, and my PC is running Windows 10.

Thanks in advance!

    Hello
"It's a 2TB Toshiba hard drive in NTFS with 1.6 of the 1.81TB available occupied "
here's the problem, the hard drive is too full
a drive should not exceed 75% capacity, otherwise problems arise
    so make some space

That's what I told myself and that's why I specified it. But how can I delete or move files from my hard drive to free up space?

Clearly, the problem is not there.

Test the disc with "crystal disc info"
This software is very well designed, indeed it has a color system to inform you about the status of your HDD/SSD:

      - Blue, very good condition

      - Green, very good condition

      - Yellow, one or more defects are reported, this may lead to Windows instability, crashes... etc.
Back up your data as soon as possible, then replace the HDD/SSD

      - Red, the HDD/SSD has reached its critical threshold, it is about to fail (physically or mechanically)
Turn off your PC and have a data recovery performed by a technician.

      - Gray, the HDD/SSD is detected but not recognized by your computer.
If it appears on an HDD/SSD that has been functioning for several years, this generally indicates a fatal failure.

I installed your software from two sources. I can't open it. However, Defraggler indicates that the disk health is good in green, if that helps.

Thinking that the issue was due to too much of the available space being occupied, I (with difficulty) made some room. Unfortunately, the problem persists: the transfer speed stagnates between 0 and 350kb/s. The slightest large file is estimated to take 1 day to transfer... Does anyone have any idea?
