Hello, there are people I have chatted with in private discussion but they are not my friends. I want to delete them but I can't. When I press and hold on them, it doesn't offer me the option to delete. Is this due to my phone (I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7)?

    Hello, go to the conversation, press the menu button at the top right (the 3 dots), and press Close.

      In what sense do you want to remove them?

      You can close a discussion, but you cannot delete someone's account.

      You can block them if you do not want them to send you messages anymore; to do this, go to their Profile, then tap on the three dots in the top right corner and select Block.

      You can also prevent private messages from being sent by people who share a server with you by going to User Settings, then Privacy & Security, and unchecking the box "Allow direct messages from server members".
