Unable to adjust brightness because another application is controlling it.

Hello,

When I watch a video on my Netflix app, the brightness reduces to the minimum, and when I try to increase it, it's not possible, and a message appears: unable to change the brightness because another application is controlling it.
In other applications, it works. I tried with and without the adaptive brightness option, and it doesn't change anything. Moreover, I can't find anything in the app settings...

    Hello,
    You start your Netflix video, once your video is playing, you put your finger on the screen and a brightness slider appears on the left, you just have to adjust the cursor.
