Hello,
I wrote to you yesterday. I couldn't do what that person recommended to me. But there must be a way to solve this problem
Windows 10 with Windows Defender.
Application and browser control has a yellow square, if I click on it, the user account control opens, allowing this app to make changes to this device. I am asked for a username, my name is listed, and to enter a password. I enter my Microsoft account password. and it is denied. Why???
Also because of this, I can no longer download another antivirus, nor delete a program. So I am not protected.
Is there anyone who can help me.... please.
Thank you and have a nice day.

Hello,
Isn't it a yellow triangle instead?
We can check if it’s an infection, try to do the following
--> For a 32-bit system
--> For a 64-bit system
How to know which version 32 bits or 64 bits is running on my system?
--> Wait until your browser offers you the download to save, without clicking anywhere, especially not on the sponsors of the page.
--> Close all applications, including your browser
--> Double-click on FRST.exe and click Yes to accept the Disclaimer
--> Under Vista, Windows 7 / 8 and 10, you need to launch the file by right-clicking -> Run as administrator
--> Wait until it indicates The tool is ready to run
--> In the main menu, click Scan and wait for the analysis to finish
--> At the end of the scan, the FRST.txt and Addition.txt reports are created. Post these reports in your next response.
--> The reports are saved in the same location as the tool and under C:\FRST\Logs
--> The SmartScreen filter may trigger an alert. Click on Actions or More info then click Run anyway
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The reports FRST.txt and Addition.txt are expected
All reports must be hosted on https://security-x.fr/up/ and you indicate the obtained links in your response

We can check if it’s an infection, try to do the following
Read the entire procedure before posting the reports
--> Download the FRST version of Farbar that is compatible with your system and save the file to your Desktop--> For a 32-bit system
--> For a 64-bit system

Hello,
I worked a part of the afternoon to try to send them to you
I hope this is what you want. I couldn't do it as an administrator because the user account control refuses me.
Thank you for your patience

RE_
The other solution is to go see a repairman!! I am a volunteer, I can point out things to do but I cannot do them for you.
There is indeed something strange about the accounts
What is the correct name of your account? Admin or Administrator?
Click on start (Windows button at the bottom left), then at the top left, click on the person icon. The profiles will appear, click on Administrator if it is present in the list.
Let me know if you get to this profile.
Follow from a phone or another PC if possible.
