Connection issue on 'IPTV

I am currently using a GPON router (Calix), but my IPTV keeps bugging every time. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 80.0.3987.87

      It's done, but we find that the connection has no issues since the signal level is within the standards. However, Netflix and YouTube are working perfectly fine.
