MacOS Sierra installation blocked

Hello,

I succeeded by following your instructions, but I’m stuck on the window to install macOS Sierra. It says to download and restore macOS; the eligibility of your computer will be verified with Apple? So I clicked Continue and nothing happens. Thank you for your response. Regards, Cynthia

    In order to confirm that Sierra is compatible with your Mac, you would need to indicate the exact model of your Mac.

      Thank you, but actually the problem isn’t located at the installation. My computer was disconnected from the Wi-Fi, so I re-entered the
      Code of my live box but I’m blocked because my hard drive is locked and when I ran a verification SOS I realized that it says it could not start???? but that it was verifiable and repairable.

    Questions:
    Do you have a backup of your data?
    What state is your Mac in when you restart it:
    - it starts up normally and you can use it?
    - it starts in recovery mode showing the MacOS Utility menu?
    - it gets stuck on an unknown menu (take a photo and share it with us)?
    - ... ?
