Hello everyone,
I recently had a problem with my PC, let me explain:
I was on the web when suddenly, blue screen. My PC restarts and goes into advanced settings mode if I'm not mistaken.
It tries to automatically repair itself, but another error appears, unable to repair the computer. The PC kept restarting in a loop and went back to the blue screen every time.
So I decided to force it to shut down by pressing the power button.
Since that day, the PC is stuck on the manufacturer logo and the Windows loading icon no longer appears. Unable to boot the PC.
I've tried several solutions that I found on the internet. I want to point out that I still have access to the BIOS of the PC, and that's really the only thing.
- I checked that my HDD was indeed on "Boot Option 1" in the BIOS
- My HDD appeared correctly in the BIOS
- Clear CMOS
- I tried changing the hard drive
- I attempted to boot from a USB drive to try to do a clean installation of Windows, but nothing works.
I feel like I can hear my hard drive spinning at startup, and my PC heats up but nothing happens.
I'm out of solutions.
I would appreciate any external help,
Sincerely,

Hello
make a repair
see here:
https://lecrabeinfo.net/acceder-aux-options-de-demarrage-avancees-de-windows-10.html-
I can't enter this recovery mode, it's impossible for me to boot from a USB drive, Windows won't start, so no matter how many times I turn it on and off, nothing launches...
- Reinstall Windows 10 (without formatting to recover personal data):
The principle is to create a Windows 10 installation USB drive and boot the computer from it to reinstall Windows without formatting in order to keep your data.
Since the computer is crashed, you need to create this from another working computer.
To create the USB drive:
You need a USB drive with at least 8 GB.
Create a USB drive with Media Creation Tool: Download here:
https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-media-creation-tool/
Boot from it by changing the boot sequence and selecting the USB drive or DVD: How to boot the computer from USB drive
https://www.malekal.com/comment-demarrer-ordinateur-cle-usb/
If the USB drive doesn't work, try making another one with Rufus, which can be downloaded here:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/19615-rufus/
restart Media Creation Tool and choose "ISO file"
Launch Rufus and specify the path to the ISO file
In the partition scheme, select GPT.
The Windows 10 installer should then start:
Choose customize (not upgrade)
During the partitioning phase, select the main partition and click next.
The installer will tell you that Windows is already present and offer to move it.
Definitely do not format.
Your user data will be copied to the Windows.old folder.
