Connecting a new Canal Plus decoder to my Denon amplifier

Hello, I received my new Canal Plus 4K decoder and when connecting it to my Denon 4K amplifier, I have sound but no image (my television is not 4K). Do you have a solution?
After calling Canal Plus, customer service detected an error and told us not to use our home theater: great, no solution provided????. Home theater unplugged????????????
